No camera footage

Question

I had a package delivered to me today and while I can see the package being dropped off, the package was removed. I don’t have footage showing the package being removed from my front door.

Hi @user_2f9012. While we can't speculate why a certain event wasn't detected, we can go over the settings on your Ring device to ensure everything is optimized. Which Ring Doorbell or Security Camera is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Do you have Smart Alerts set up? Depending on which type of device you have, you may also have access to Package Alerts specifically.
