No access to authenticator app - unable to login

My ring authenticator app profile was accidentally removed from my new phone. I'm therefore unable to login to my profile and access my ring device. There is no alternate way to authenticate using text message so I'm de-facto locked out. What do I do ? And yes, I'm using my sons account to post this question since I cannot login !!!
