My Ring Camera Display is pink of the right side
Hi, Just noticed that my Ring Camera when view a video from today and any live view. The right side of the screen is pink. Has this happened to anyone before? And how can I fix this. Thanks

I have the same problem with my Ring Floodlight camera. Just started today. Happening on live view as well as recorded images. I'm out of town now so can't power cycle to see if that clears the problem.

have the same problem. did all that ring support had to offer and still no help. They said it was a mechanical issue and all they offered me was a 35% discount. they are having a lot of issues with this because people are posting this issues on the internet.I don't want to purchase another if they can't fix the issue, unfortunatly i own 4 other cameras

I am having the same problem. My images are exactly like this. It should be obvious that this is a manufacturing defect and they should replace it. How many people need to report it before they support us?

Hi neighbors. If the video on your Ring Doorbell or Camera is discolored, try performing a reboot using the reboot option in the Device Health page. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, you can perform a full reset by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
