I have 2 ring devices in my home. I bought the doorbell and paid for the subscription. After I bought an indoor camera, connected it to my account, it’s now telling me that in order to review recordings on my in door camera, I have to buy another subscription. That’s ridiculous. I already have a subscription !! Is there something I’m doing wrong?!

Hi @C.Scottie69. What type of Ring Subscription are you paying for? Is it the Ring Protect Basic Plan or the Ring Protect Plus Plan?
