Motion detection video black and without audio

My alerts have been going off detecting motion, and when I view it, the screen is black and has no audio. My Live View feature is also not connecting when prompted. Anyone know what the issue might be?

    Hi @MowingTheLawn. First, what model of Ring Doorbell or Ring Security Camera do you have? You can find this information on the back of the device itself, on the original packaging, and on the Device Health page in the Ring App. You can also find troubleshooting tips in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/214750126-Ring-App-is-Having-Trouble-Showing-Video-and-Not-Connecting-to-Your-Ring-Device) that can apply to both a Ring Doorbell or Camera. :)
