Motion activated recording starts but light stays off.

Hi,I have purchased "Spotlight Cam Battery HD Security Camera", and I wasn't able to find the answer from other posts. My camera works great, and it detected our mail theft twice. However, the ligth stays off the whole time, so we could not see their faces. How can we turn it on?I have tried to:- widen the motion zone, and max the sensitivity (recording starts even with lower sensitivity)- walked right in front of the camera back and forth (recording starts with no light on)- turn on/off the light manually (it worked fine)- turned off motion schedule- motion frequency is at "Frequent" Is there any setting I'm missing out?
