Missing saved starred events after last update

I had around 10 saved starred events going back about a year. After the last Ring update, all but the recent 2 events are gone. I called customer service and was told it was being worked on. That was a few weeks ago. Any update or anyone else have this issue? My subscription has been active the entire time.
