Can you extend the ring alarm keypad adapter wire? If so how? I can’t find anything on Amazon and the plug that came with the keypad isn’t long enough.

We recommend using only the plugin adapter that came with your Alarm Keypad. While there is not a longer one available, the Keypad does not require being plugged into power at all times. The Keypad will operate on battery for awhile before needing charged, in which you could locate your adapter in a "charging location" that might not require a longer cable. I hope this helps! :)

Hi, I'm new here. I just installed a 2nd generation Ring Keypad with the system I am installing a couple of days ago. I used a standard USB cable extension cable that I had to plug in the Keypad to a wall outlet. It seems to be working just fine.
