iPhone only vibrates no sound
The problem seems to be a general oneim using iPhone 15 IOSThe phone vibrate s but does not give dound alertsThey did work for weeks and then stopped and I cannot get it backall settings on the phone and the ring app say that sound notifications are enableddeleted the ring app and reinstalleddeleted the door bell and did a fresh restart all to no avail I linked it to Alexa and get the verbal alerts I set up took the link away from ring and Alexa and reinstalled them the link between them still worksi have followed all advice in forums and web searcheswhere do we go from here ????

Hi @user_e0013d. Do you have your phone on Do Not Disturb or Silent Mode? If your phone is on Silent Mode, or you have the volume turned down, this would prevent Ring app notifications from playing an audible alert. Please also make sure you have a tone selected under Device Settings > Notification Settings > App Alert Tones for your Ring Doorbell or Security Camera. There is a "None" option, which would result in a silent alert.
