iOS notifications Can Go Unnoticed

I noticed when Ring Alarm is “alarming” iOS notifications can go unnoticed. Hoping someone in the ring community had a solution, minus having Ring monitoring. I know a lot has to do with how iOS handles notifications. If only there was a way to have a Notification center screen with a “OK” press required to dismiss. Or if anyone has a workflow with IFTTT could share. Thanks.
