I repeatedly get emails saying my Ring Protect Basic Payment Was Unsuccessful.

I repeatedly get emails saying my Ring Protect Basic Payment Was Unsuccessful. I log into my account to verify my credit card information is correct each time. I even tried to create a new payment method but I am unable to enter information for a new credit card I logged in today and now it says I have no payment method and I am still unable to enter a new payment method.
