I'm within the UK. Seems Ring doesn't support UK customers particularly well, as the issue of UK customers receiving the 10% discount is a common problem after reviewing this forum.

I'm in a similar boat, I tried to take the plus subscription first, then realised i needed to buy something at full price, then do the subs, which i did. I then tried to get the discount only to be told by customer support that i need to wait for a month before I can purchase the rest of the kit th

It seems that solution to this from Ring is now to just mark almost everything as on 'Sale' effectively making them ineligible for the 10% discount.All a bit silly really, may as well remove this as an offer on the Ring Protect Plan which will stop a lot of people spending time trying to work out why they can't get the 10% discount

Here were are 3 years later. I’m also in the UK and trying to buy an eligible product with 10% discount and I have been a Protect Plus subscriber for years. I login to my Ring account. Great. I select Ring Shop and it says login. I select this and it takes me back to my account page which is already logged in and then I’m faced with a never ending circle of logged in/not logged in. What a load of rubbish.
