Horrible customer service for $350 ring door bell elite

After 18 months of use, my Video Doorbell Elite has ceased to function. Despite being the most expensive option, I am disappointed by its limited lifespan. Regrettably, the customer service department has been unable to provide assistance, insisting that I purchase a new unit. I kindly request that you reach out to me to discuss a resolution and consider providing a complimentary replacement.

When you contact our support team for assistance, they'll walk you through all applicable troubleshooting steps. If the device is still not working, they would review the warranty status on your device to determine the best resolution. Unfortunately, if your device is no longer under warranty, they are unable to provide a replacement.
