My phone broke and I just added ring to new phone. Went to check my history and it only goes back to August. I thought I paid to keep my history. Now I find out it's only for 6 months of history yet I pay for a year! I need those videos, it's the birth of my puppy! Why did ring delete them, I sure didn't. I'm devastated.

Hi @user_0a7539. Access to video recording requires an active Ring Home plan, and videos are retained in the Ring app based on the video storage time. The maximum duration you can set your video storage time for is 180 days, after which videos will automatically be deleted. Our recommendation is always to download any videos you wish to keep to your phone or computer.
