I just recently set up myring camera the 360 as I wanted to be able to view my 2 labs. And speak to the yellow lab which had separation anxiety. I was told by ring that if I talk thru my phone that they could hear me. Well they can’t. My voice isn’t heard at all. should I get an echo dot or Alexa and will this help so if I say no to him as he is chewing my couch up and he hears my voice maybe this would help.

Hi @user_672d34. You can speak through the Ring Camera using Live View, you do not need an Alexa device. When you activate the Live View from the Ring app, make sure you press the microphone button before speaking. If that doesn't work, you may need to check your phone's settings to ensure the Ring app has permission to use the microphone.
