Great Ghost Contest - How to Upload Video?
How do I go about uploading a video to enter the Great Ghost Contest? The submission page only allows you to copy/paste a URL from a video in your device history, there is no option to be able to upload a saved video from your device (phone/computer/etc.). The 'How to Enter' section on the official contest rules page state that you are allowed to upload and submit a video (it does not need to be in your device history) but the option doesn't seem to be given?

I have the same question. The official contest rules clearly say, "During the Contest Period, an entrant may enter by visiting https://ring.com/ghostsearch, (the “Website”) to upload and submit a video, recorded with a ring device..." I too, have a video from last year that I would like to enter. RING TEAM --> can you please clarify this and give us some instructions on how to upload a saved video. Perhaps this option needs to be added to the entry form.

I chatted with a ring customer service and they said “ As per checking here, on the process of submitting your entry you need to upload a video or recent recordings captured by your Ring device under your History tab.” Looks like old saved videos are not an option for entry. Such a bummer, I have a good one.

I have the same question. I have a video from Oct of last year I saved and cannot see a way to upload it and it's no longer available. Please help.
