Existing shared users automatically given access when new cameras added
I have a Ring front door bell and camera plus a camera for the side gate. I am the main account holder and have shared access to each of the aforementioned with my two daughters and my wife. I have just added two indoor security cameras and they have automatically been added to everyone’s profile even though their settings say they only have access to the two original outdoor cameras. One of my daughters also went to look at profile access and managed to add the new cameras to her profile (she had already gained it automatically but she was able to update her profile as well). Anyone got any thoughts as to why this has happened and how to fix it? Thanks Simon Morgan

Hi @user79625. Shared Users should not be able to give themselves access to any Cameras they are not owners of. They also should not have automatic access to new Cameras unless the owner gives them access. I would recommend reaching out to our support team to further investigate this with you.
