Duplicated Direct Debit’s
Hi there! I used to have the basic plan for my camera but I upgraded to the standard plan after I purchased more cameras. I have still got two direct debits leaving my bank account, one for the basic plan and one for the standard plan. I have received refunds for the basic plan payments since I upgraded my subscription from Ring. However I still have two direct debits leaving my bank 🙄 How can I get basic plan subscription cancelled without it affecting the standard plan direct debit?
