Doorbell notification even when no one there?
Recently changed my phone so reloaded the Ring App. Since then I get the new notifications when someone is at the door, however I still get the old notification regularly even though no one is there?

Both. Still getting the old message and ring even though I have uninstalled and removed the link from the old app. Now installed a new ring doorbell and still getting the old ring and message. Weird and annoying. Ring also told me the new doorbell was compatible and same as the old doorbell. It is not. The screws are totally different so had to redrill everything. Fed up now and will be cancelling my contract and going elsewhere.

Hi @PaulB1. Can you clarify what kind of notification you mean when you say you're still getting the "old notification"? Is this a motion alert, or a doorbell ring?
