Doorbell Gen2 cannot connect to wifi

I have floodlight cam and doorbell used at two month. The floodlight is working now, but the doorbell cannot fail to connect to WIFI at yesterday. I tried to reset doorbell and restarted my router at few time, but it cannot complete setup with stop 95% and show “Something went wrong” when reinstall again.

    Hi @Vincentlau. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can locate the device name on the Device Health page. Most models are only compatible with a 2.4GHz network, so if you have a dual-band router, you may need to split the bands or try creating a guest network. We also have a list of other troubleshooting steps here for setup issues.
