Discount offer not received

I was offered a discount offer after I spoke to service representatives about my Ring device and they could not resolve the issue. The representative promised to send an email with the code in a few days.The device will not fully charge and switches from hardwire to battery after a few days. I has an electrician check the hardwiring and nothing is wrong with that. I never received the promised code even when I called back and spoke to another representative who again promised to send it to me. Help !
