Hello
I would like a 6 digit authorisation code so my bank can cancel the 3 x basic protect plans I was duped into buying. It is really not clear ( by design ) that you need a plan for each camera. I didn’t realise until my banking app asked me to approve £XXXX.
Your company should be ashamed this is borderline fraud and deception

If you have any issues with canceling or getting your refund, you will need to give our support team a call since we do not have access to account information here in the Community.
