I've cancelled my subscription, but instead of giving me the refund, it seems they have given me a credit for the same amount, something I had no choice over.
Personally I'd prefer the refund, not a credit. Also the choice if I would like either.
I'm not happy with the product prices, so cancelled. Why would i want a credit!
Can this be changed into a full refund?
