Complaint department in uk
Anybody know how to send a letter to UK head office to make a complaint. No one at Ring will give me such an address as they keep saying " we do not have a mailing address for complaints ". There is no way to make an online complaint either

This is nonsense The phone number (UK landline) is NOT IN SERVICE. The 0808 number does not recognise menu selections!!! This is completely unacceptable as the Messenger function “help” is anything but. My issue is simple - I need to return a defective product but I cannot select a collection via UPS (btw UPS are the worst of the UK couriers - not designed for the UK)

Funny you should say that as the support person I just spoke to said that was not possible, so I made a big stink and asked for the supervisor to call me, my chime has ceased to work after 2 years and 3 months and it's no longer under warranty, most mecahnical devices last years and years longer than this, it's totally unaccptable qaulity of build for such an EXPENSIVE item!!!!!!!!!

I am having the same problem. Refusal to pass me to a manager, refusal to advise who the ombudsman is. The manager emailed me & replied with complaints as my ring doorbell stopped working after i got a new phone then was advised 15 months of footage has been wiped. Ive paid for cloud back up 15 months & need footage for police urgently & they were like its been deleted where they linked my new phone up to it . Whole point of cameras were police advice last year to capture footage of person & i vannot get footage out of them. .....and still my new phone is saying not backing up when im paying for subscription. Refused to refund subscription as well. Paid £250 & wish id purchased with another provider. Terrible customer service

I've just had a similar issue, our base station has just stopped working less than 1 year out of warranty. Rang customer support and they said it's faulty and had never seen anything like it before but couldn't send us a new one since it's out of warranty. I then asked about buying just the base station but was told they don't sell the base station on it's own, so I'd have to buy a new home security bundle which includes it! I spoke to a manager and apparently there's nothing they can do, they can't possibly sell the base station on it's own since they're "concerned people would buy it alone and not realise they need other products for Ring to work". Can't complain about it to anyone either, they've just logged it on our account. Absolutely awful customer service and will not recommend Ring to anyone.
