Tried to phone and have emailed. When scanning code tells me doorbell doesn’t belong to me! Had for years from new. Want to upgrade to have extended video coverage. Any help appreciated.

    Hi @user_9abb3e. Is this a brand new Ring Doorbell that you're setting up? Or did you previously set it up, and are trying to set it up again? Ring devices can only be set up under one Ring account at a time. If this is a new device, please contact the retailer you purchased it from to initiate an exchange. If this is a device you have previously set up, check that you are logged into the correct Ring account.
