My camera microphones won’t work, tried all troubleshooting. Basically my voice is on the speaker of the camera but can’t communication from the camera’s microphone so it is a one way walkie talkie.

Hi @user83126. When you open the Live View, you’ll need to tap on the speaker icon to hear the audio from your Ring Camera. Make sure the volume on your phone is turned up as well, otherwise you won’t hear the audio.
