Cold weather exposure and Lithium-Ion/Battery safety | Ring keypad and door sensor

Hello, Over the summer I installed a gen 2 keypad and door sensor in my garage. It just dawned on me today that these items might not be rated for freezing temperatures, turns out I was correct. Seeing as they've been exposed to some low temps, as low as 15 degrees F, are they still safe to use? I am especially concerned about the Lithium-Ion battery inside the keypad. Thanks for any feedback!

Hi @R4286. I'd recommend bringing the Keypad and Contact Sensor indoors if you haven't already, just to keep them within more optimal operating temperatures. If you have any safety concerns with the Keypad or Contact Sensor, or notice anything that doesn't look safe please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) so they can take a look and ensure everything is safe to operate. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support. :)
