Change name on ring device
I want to change the name on my stick up cam, but everything I've read says to go to devices, then settings, then general settings. There is nothing that says general settings. I have a gen 3. Is that an older version?

Hi @user_f871b5. As the previous user said, you can change the name under Device Settings > General Settings for that particular camera. If you are a Shared User, and not the Owner, you cannot change the name of the device. The Owner will have to do so.

Go to the Device Settings for that particular camera; then you should see General Settings. From there you can choose Device Name and change it.
