change from old account to the new

I purchased the house with a Ring camera installed, but I’m unable to connect to my account. The previous owner disconnected the camera from their own account.

    Hi @user_bf921e. If the previous owner already removed the Ring Camera from their account, you should be able to proceed with setting the device up under your Ring account. Make sure your Ring app is updated, and you're logged into your account. From there, follow the prompts under Set Up a Device. If the original owner did not remove the camera from their account, you will need to follow the device ownership transfer process https://ring.com/support/articles/k8jn9/transfer-device-ownership.
