Change device on Lifetime Basic Plan
I currently have a Lifetime Basic Plan for a Spotlight Cam security camera, I also have a Doorbell 2 which is not on the plan. I am considering uninstalling the Spotlight Cam, can the Doorbell 2 to be moved over to the Lifetime Basic Plan?

Hi @user_680823. Ring Home Plans do not transfer from device to device. You would simply cancel one plan, and subscribe to a new one for the new device. When you cancel, you'll receive a pro-rated refund if applicable.
