Catch-22 with wired doorbellg
Hoping for a fast resolution to this problem. installed the wired doorbell 2 years ago, set up app on 2 phones for my household, everthing's been great - until 2 days ago. On my phone (android) the doorbell disappeared, Ring says I have no devices. On other phone, doorbell working properly. I can't set up this device because it's registered to someone else. I can't do a shared user because of this Catch-22: -- one user has control but nothing to share -- other user has device to share but no control what if I just remove the device and install all over again?

Hi @Hello_Hell. The Doorbell should show up under the Devices list unless it has been removed from your account. Int his case, you are either signed into the wrong Ring account, or you've swapped to the wrong Location in the Ring app. You can tape the Location name in the top center of the Ring app to bring a drop-down of all the Locations in your app. Make sure to select the correct one where you installed your Doorbell. If it's not the Location, then check if you are logged into the original Ring account you used to set up the Doorbell. You can see which account you're logged into under Account Settings, and tap Sign Out if you need to.
