Cannot connect new ring doorbell 2

I am trying to connect doorbell to WiFi, says connect but no internet access. Have checked WiFi all ok, other devices connected. Won't allow me to complete set up. Have tried resetting the router, reinstalling ring app etc. Any advice please?
