i charged up the battery the device is now telling people at the door i cant answer at present. have followed the directives given but cant find the sub title needed to get into turning the announcement off please can you do it

Hi @user_0eeace. This sounds like the Quick Replies feature, which you can turn off in the settings. Navigate to Devices > your Ring Doorbell > Smart Responses to adjust your Quick Replies settings.
