Do you mean the alarm? On android, 1) Click on three horizontal bars in upper left hand corner to app. Or pull out menu on left side. 2) Click on "Devices" 3) In "Security" section, click on "Alarm Base Station." This will take you to all your alam system devices that have their own sub-menus with some adjustments 4) Click on either "Base Station" or "Keypad," and both have an "Audio Settings" sub-menu where you can change the voume
