Activating Plan

I have a protection plan which should allow me to see prior recordings of motion alerts. But every time I click on the motion alert, it tells me to activate my plan which i can not do in app. But I cant find anything on the website to assit with activating to plan. So what am I paying for? How do I get access to the camera?
