Account Issues Following Phone Change
troubleshooting

Hi,I recently changed phones, with my previous phone wiped and repurposed. When I try to log into the Ring app on my new phone (same number), I get a 406 Not Acceptable error page.On the login page, under the main sign-in button, it says - Having trouble signing in? Sign in here. Under that, it says Version 3.81.0If I sign in using this method, I get as far as adding the code from my authenticator app, but then a small sign flashes up at the bottom that says, "Something went wrong."If I x off that page, I see my cameras on the dashboard but have no control over them or the app's features.I've since read that I should have done something when I still had control of my previous phone.Has anyone else encountered this or has any suggestions for fixing it.Thanks,Gary

Hi @s4rge. Are you using a VPN? If so, this could be causing the 406 error you are experiencing. Is this happening on cellular data or wifi? Make sure that your phone has all permissions enabled and allowed. You may also need to remove the Ring app, reboot your phone, then reinstall the Ring app. Let me know how this goes.
