Suggestion for Improvement to Ring

Is there a formal way to make improvment suggestions? I would like to request an enhancement to the app that shows History Events. Ii would like the ability to add an annotation to an event. So that rather than just show Person Detected or Motion I can add a comment to say Postman, Suspicious Person, Deleivery Person etc. This would then enable me to look back at the History and easily locate events of interest. I know there is already a star feature to highligh events of interest. Curiously, the star feature only seems to work for the original owner of the acoount, not for shared users. I am not sure why that is?
