Snapshot Capture without Motion Detection

When an Indoor Stick Up Cam is an disarmed mode with motion detection turned off, an option to keep the snapshot feature would be great. Ignoring and not recording all day people sat in the living room but still taking snapshots to fill the timeline. 😊
