Show dashboard picture independently of settings for motion detection

I would like to see the views of doorbell and cams, even though motion detection is switched of. Currently, when motion detection is switched off, I can not see anything in the dashboard. Alternative - an additional switch for recording should be implemented. This would allow to switch on motion detection, but one could decide, if the motion should be recorded.
