Reducing Audio Stutter With Lower Upload Bandwidth

Like many others, my installation suffers from stuttering audio. Experiments indicate that this is due to the low upload speed available; at best 5mbps. Reduction of transmitted data would help. To this end, it would be helpful to offer the option to lower the resolution of the video and also the ability to select monochrome. If there is the processing capability, then the transmitted bandwidth could be lowered by only transmitting those parts of the scene that change from frame to frame. Most of the scene will be static from frame to frame. A further option could be to lower the video resolution during live streaming and buffer it at a higher resolution for later transmission when live streaming has ended.
