Quantum Fiber

Hope everyone is doing well.I have a second generation ring door bell and camera floodlight. When I switched to Quantum Fiber with a Wi-Fi 6 the camera and the floodlight could not join my home network. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution?Also, are there newer generations of ring products that are Wi-Fi 6 compatible?Thank you!

Hi, wifi 6 can sometimes cause connectivity issues with Ring devices. If you have the ability to create a guest network with separate settings from your main network, you can try doing that and changing it from wifi 6 to wifi 4.
