One touch recording/motion pause on all devices

I was wondering how feasible it would be to have a selectable mass motion/record pause or stop for devices not using the home/away etc just literally pause all for say 1hr? or is there a way to do this that I have missed? (maybe posted in wrong section, but best guessed it).
