Offer a INDOOR Wired Camera that will record video through a window at Noight

Offer a INDOOR Wired Camera that will record video through a glass window at night. I have a wired (indoor) Ring camera that sits on a window ledge and faces the outdoors. When it is dark the video is nothing but total glare. I cannot mount the camera outdoors. During daylight hours, it is fine being on the inside of the window. All of my other digital cameras can record video through the same window when it is dark, so why can't Ring design and offer one? Ring could be the first, they would sell lots of them. Also, they could not be messed with by anyone wanting to break into your house. Outdoor cameras have to be mounted high enough to be inaccessible to criminals, but all the cameras can see is the tops of people's heads. Good luck with that.
