Kasa TP-Link switch control via Ring alarm

The ring alarms preferred communications is over the home network, but has cellular backup capabilities. My cable provider is not the best and after a cable outage or network issue my cable modem will not always reacquire the signal which means no home network and the ring alarm stuck on cellular. I’ve plugged the cable modem into a Kasa TP-Link mini smart outlet allowing me to hard cycle the modem and get the network back online. Problem is if I’m not home or out of town the network remains down. If the ring alarm had the ability to control a single smart switch when it’s connected by cellular, this would allow me to cycle the modem getting it back online and allowing the ring to return to normal usage over the home network.
