Jamming my doorbell camera
Hi can anyone help, my neighbour is jamming my battery doorbell camera. I hear them tinkering at the opposite side of my wall, then hear them leaving, open the app and NOTHING of them leaving. I’ve noticed them making gestures of gratifications of jamming my camera on their return, but never seeing them leaving. Their up to all sorts and they obviously don’t want their faces to be seen, as they put up their hoods. Help please

It's more likely that you have your motion frequency set to "Regularly" or "Periodically" and this is causing the camera to sleep for a while after motion events and miss motion events that follow soon after. Check you have your motion frequency set to "Frequently": Motion Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Motion Frequency >> Select "Frequently".

If they are really jamming your Doorbell, can you not move the doorbell to the other side of the door? There's not much else you can do apart from maybe add an Outdoor Camera that is positioned further away but pointing at your door. The further away you place a wifi product from a jammer, the less likely it is to jam. I wonder why though. Jammers are expensive, it's unlikely they will be buying one just to jam your doorbell. They're either professional burglars or its just your wifi is dropping out due to low signal strength.
