Fix the change password process

I’ve been trying to change my password in account management, and no matter what device I try to do it from or password I try to change to, the “Change Password” button remains greyed out. The red error message says “Do not include your first, last, or email user name” but nothing even close to any of these is in the new passwords.

      Hi @user80689. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Have you tried resetting it on Ring.com? Let me know and this will help guide you in troubleshooting.
