Delete old neighborhood from Ring app neighbors section or Neighbors app

As discussed in length in the following thread: https://community.ring.com/t/question-delete-neighborhood-from-neighbors-settings/1332/7 I think a number of people would like to see the option to delete unused/old neighborhoods from the "Neighbors" section of the Ring app or the Neighbors app. This is not in reference to deleting an old address; it is regarding deletion of neighborhood areas (see above thread). Seems like this has already been requested or forwarded to the "appropriate team" over a year ago but the ability to do this still has not been added.
