Allow use of wifi and Ethernet for backup connections

Hi, it would be useful if Ethernet or wifi could be designated as a backup before going to cellular. I’ve got far away elderly parents that I help, and would be able to do a backup hotspot or Ethernet, then get ring to control power plugs to reboot the primary internet.

Oh I see that there is a "Join another network" now when it goes into backup. Hopefully that can be done remotely and will test it out sometime.
