Ability to change mobile operator manually

I had to change my mobile supplier from EE to Sky(O2) because the EE signal was rubbish. I notice Ring mobile backup is set to EE with only one red bar showing. I know Ring has contracts with most mobile operators so I would like a feature to change the operator manually. I have a strong signal with Sky mobile so why isn't Ring changing to O2 Sky's carrier.
