Will Trane thermostats work with Ring?

Hello! I have my Trane Thermostats integrated with Alexa, but cannot seem to connect them to by Ring Pro base station. Am I doing something wrong or will they not integrate? Thanks!

For non [Works With Ring](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026427491-Works-with-Ring-Basic-Information) devices, this experience can vary. For a Trane Smart Thermostat that is WiFi enabled you would be able to join the WiFi SSID broadcasted by the Alarm Pro, but it would not show up in the Ring app or be controlled by using the Ring App. If you have a Zwave thermostat device you're more than welcome to try and join the network, noting that functionality will be limited as it is not a WWR device.
